Congratulations to our close friend, call league, and most recent client Shawn.
He and his wife Kaitlin Purchased a preconstruction Home 12 months ago in Markham, Ontario and they have been extremely excited ever since.

They wanted to share this video with us of them entering their new home for the first time!

We actually help them work with their bank to arrange the financing since we made the process extremely convenient for them and were able To negotiate better terms for their financing.

Last month we completed a private mortgage transaction for a young couple in their late 20’s.

In 2019 they decided to invest in a Pre-Construction home in London, ON.

The purchased the property 18 months ago and acquired over $150,000 in net profit 🤩

However, did not get the correct mortgage advice and were introduced to us within the last 48 hours before closing to arrange a private mortgage.

It’s unfortunate that this young couple had to pay the rate and fees of a private mortgage, but we are glad to have gotten the job done and save their home🏡.

In the end they spent an additional $30,000 in total costs for the first year than they would have if they had a knowledgeable advisory team for their home buying process.
