Excellent article formulated by Samy Hughes of the Canadian Press and sourced from the Toronto CityNews.ca website detailing the current state of the Canadian real estate market and a general "belief" that home values will begin to trend upwards (albeit very mildly) heading into the fourth quarter of this year (2026), citing pent-up demand will begin to boil-over as the perceived global "uncertainty" will start to normalize/stabilize and eventually wane in buyer/consumer psychology ultimately having would-be homebuyers enter or re-enter the real estate market.
