Here's a detail most homeowners never think about — until they have a pool. 🏊

This permitted, engineered side entrance in Brooklyn, Ontario was designed to give direct outdoor access to a full basement renovation — complete bathroom, sauna, and pool change area — so kids coming in from the pool aren't tracking water through the entire house.

What this project involved: concrete foundation cut with engineered drawings and approved permits, formed and poured concrete stairwell with built-in drainage, full-light entry door, and black steel railing — all as part of a larger turnkey basement build.

It's been a busy several months, but we've accumulated a lot of photos from various different projects that we'll be featuring on our account.
Here is a recent second floor reno that we completed focusing on the master on the master ensuite here because this transformation was remarkable.

We blew out a wall to add an additional 20 square feet to the bathroom, which made a huge difference!
