🍁🥕 EASY THANKSGIVING SIDE DISH: MAPLE-ROASTED CARROTS

Looking for a simple side dish to add to your Thanksgiving table? These sweet and savoury maple-roasted carrots are easy to make, full of fall flavour, and the perfect addition to your holiday feast! 🤎

🛒 INGREDIENTS
🥕 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
🍁 2 tbsp maple syrup
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
🌿 Fresh thyme or parsley (optional)

👩‍🍳 DIRECTIONS

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2️⃣ Toss the carrots with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3️⃣ Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

4️⃣ Roast for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and lightly caramelized.

5️⃣ Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley and serve warm!

🍎🍂 QUICK & EASY THANKSGIVING DESSERT! 🥧🤎

Looking for a delicious dessert to bring to the Thanksgiving table? These Mini Apple Crisp Bites are the perfect little fall treat! With a buttery oatmeal crumble, warm cinnamon apples, and a drizzle of caramel, they're sure to be a crowd favourite.

The best part? They're baked in a muffin tin, making them easy to serve, share, and enjoy! Perfect for your Thanksgiving gathering or a cozy night at home. 🍁

🥧 MINI APPLE CRISP BITES

🛒 INGREDIENTS

🍪 For the Oatmeal Crust: • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats • ¾ cup brown sugar • 8–10 tbsp cold, cubed butter

🍎 For the Apple Filling: • 4 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced • 2 tbsp butter • ⅓ cup brown sugar • 3 tbsp water • 1 tsp cinnamon • ⅛ tsp nutmeg • 4 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

✨ Optional: Caramel sauce for drizzling!

👩‍🍳 DIRECTIONS

1️⃣ Make the filling: Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan. Add the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 3 tbsp water. Cook for 4–6 minutes.

2️⃣ Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 4–5 minutes, until thickened. Let the filling cool completely.

3️⃣ Prepare the crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin.

4️⃣ Mix the flour, oats, and brown sugar in a bowl. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.

5️⃣ Press a scant ¼ cup of the mixture firmly into each muffin cup, covering the bottom and sides.

6️⃣ Spoon about 2 tbsp of apple filling into each cup and sprinkle the remaining crumble over the top.

7️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before carefully removing.
