The upgrades that protect your home most are often the ones you never see.

Water damage is now one of the top home insurance claims in Canada. A few weekend fixes go a long way:
🌧️ Clear eavestroughs, extend downspouts
🔌 Battery backup for your sump pump
🌬️ Seal gaps around windows and doors
❄️ Insulate exposed pipes

Small effort, year-round payoff. Read the full list on the Royal LePage blog: https://blog.royallepage.ca/how-to-make-your-home-more-resilient-to-extreme-weather/
