🌻Coming in 2027🏠

✨ This cottage holds a very special place in our family’s heart. It was built by my dad, Basil over 25 years ago. Eventually becoming my parents retirement home — it was the place where they loved to welcome their children, grandchildren and friends.

Unexpectedly we lost mom in the fall of 2024. Dad stayed for another year but it was never the same without her and decided to sell.

This month we were fortunate to make an offer and purchase the home from dad. With new designs and coming upgrades - Belmont Properties plans to soon welcome guests from near and far in 2027.

We have named our new property ‘Carmel’ in mom’s memory. The cottage is a 2 bedroom and will boast new king beds, furniture, kitchen, a chic bathroom, and many amenities.

With a lot of work yet to come, we are excited and grateful to share this special little piece of Prince Edward Island and memories of mom with you.

Every now and then your memories are instantly remembered when you least expect it. Thanks to Tyler and Willow guests at The Chelton Sanctuary. The amazing gift they left us from Pickle & Myrrh instantly brought memories of my mom and the maple caramels + maple fudge she used to make. These are so good - check them out!
