2οΈβ£ Get "showroom clean." This means minimizing personal belongings, deep cleaning (hire a professional if you can!), and fixing up minor repairs.
3οΈβ£ Minimize the clutter. You want your prospective buyers to imagine themselves in your home. So although you love your decor, they might not! Play it safe by going minimalistic.
