When you are a Realtor, often times you are asked, ‘What is happening with Real Estate’ ?? Easy answer, prices are still going up, What decision should I take? Buy now? Wait? Consequences?
Truth be told, none of us has a crystal ball to look in for answers. While we can look at past trends and make assumptions, I cannot ‘Ass-u-me’, make an ASS of U and ME.
A hot market is not always a bad market because you can sell high but also buy high and get what you are looking for!
