نظرة سريعة لسوق العقار لتورونتو و ضواحيها لشهر سبتمبر.
حدث انخفاض في معدل سعر العقار إلى 1,006,409 في الشهر الماضي سبتمبر 2026 في تورنتو وضواحيها وهذا مما ادى إلى تشكيل اخفاض مقداره تقريباً 5% مقارنة لنفس الشهر سبتمبر من السنة الماضية.

كذلك ذكر التقرير الشهري العقاري الصادر من Toronto real estate board عن عدد العقارات المعروضة للبيع حيث حصل انخفاض في عدد العقارات المعروضة للبيع إلى 16500 عقار في الشهر الماضي سبتمبر وهذا مما أدى إلى تشكيل انخفاض مقداره تقريباً 14% مقارنة لنفس الشهر للسنة الماضية.

The Bank of Canada has announced that it is holding its benchmark interest rate steady at 2.25%.
With rates remaining unchanged, now could be an excellent opportunity to invest in real estate. Stable borrowing costs can provide buyers and investors with greater confidence when making their next move.
Interest rates have now remained steady for the past 7 months, and the next Bank of Canada rate announcement is scheduled for September 2, 2026.
