قد يتوقع أصحاب المنازل تحسنًا في ظروف السوق في فصل الربيع، مما يساعد في تفسير الزيادة الملحوظة في العقارات المعروضة في السوق حتى الآن هذا العام. وتقول جينيفر بيرس، رئيسة TRREB: " إذا افترضنا أننا نستفيد من انخفاض تكاليف الاقتراض( mortgage payment )في المستقبل القريب، ستزداد المبيعات بشكل أكبر، وسيتم استيعاب العقارات المعروضة في السوق، وستؤدي ظروف السوق إلى دفع أسعار البيع إلى الارتفاع".

“At the same time, homeowners may be anticipating an improvement in market conditions in the spring, which helps explain the marked increase in new listings so far this year. Assuming we benefit from lower borrowing costs in the near future, sales will increase further, new listings will be absorbed, and tighter market conditions will push selling prices higher,” says TRREB President Jennifer Pearce.
