If you are a tenant with overdue rent, you will have to pay half if you want to bring up complaints about your landlord to the LTB.

In a time when we need affordable housing, this move is a good step to making rental investing more attractive. The common misconception is that small landlords are causing prices to rise but in reality, if Ontario looses the small time landlords, the process for buying might see a small %change but it will be nothing compared to the rental market prices exploding due to low availability.

In other words, if you think rents are high now, and it's hard to find a decent place. Imagine what happens when 30% or 40% of the options disappear for good. 🤔

Thursday evening class turned into a private lesson with Keith. Worked on combos and offense; ending off with defense.

Life is funny. It took me almost 10 years to start doing this, and up until last year, I stopped thinking about it completely. Fast-forward 12 months later, here I am on a Thursday evening 3 months into a boxing program.

What did I learn? It's never too late.
