🏡 "Should I wait?"
It's the question I'm hearing more than anything else right now.
And honestly? I get it. Tariffs. Trade wars. Interest rates. Markets swinging up and down. The news cycle is loud and it feels like the responsible thing to do is just… pause.
But here's what I've learned from working through multiple market cycles:
The world has always been uncertain.
People bought and sold homes through 9/11. Through the 2008 financial collapse. Through COVID. Through rate spikes that nobody saw coming. Life didn't stop, and neither did real estate.
Here's the mindset shift that changes everything 👇
Real estate is not a stock. You don't win by timing the market. You win by timing your life.
So instead of asking "is the market good right now?" ask yourself:
✨ Is my income steady enough to carry this?
✨ Does my home still fit my life?
✨ What does my 10-year picture look like?
✨ Am I making this decision from clarity, or from fear?
Those are the questions that actually matter.
The fog never fully lifts. If you're waiting for complete certainty before you make a move, you'll be waiting forever. The best time to buy or sell has always been when it makes sense for your life, not when the market gives you permission.
