Starting Jan 1, 2026, a new Pay Transparency Law is now in effect 👇

✨ What’s changed?
• 💰 Salary or wage ranges must be shown on public job posts
• 🤖 Employers must say if AI is used in hiring
• ❌ “Canadian experience required” is no longer allowed
• 📌 Job ads must be for real, active openings
• 📩 Interviewed candidates must get a follow-up
