Within close proximity to Georgetown, rest of the Halton region, yet feels peacefully segregated. Has its GO station that can be reached from anywhere in town in about 5 minutes tops.

Whether you are a builder or end user who wants to build a custom dream home, the lot size and permissibility matter, but, only if it’s in the right Location.
This property assures both. Part of prestigious Mineola west, presently it has quite a cozy home with its own potential, few minutes to the Port credit GO station, short drive to Sherway Garden and quite conveniently situated in south Mississauga among other attractions.
