第一次既講座 6️⃣0️⃣ 人 達成 ✅

由兩個月前開始，從策劃、整 poster、落廣告、諗內容，到最後真係企出嚟講，大部份都係我哋兩個自己一腳踢。

老實講，最尾嗰兩個禮拜 捱到隻狗咁 😂
最尾嗰一日 rehearsal 我哋把聲都拆埋 😥

但我一直都有個想法，就係唔想做一個「行貨」既講座。我唔想只係講 AI 搵到既流程同資料，而係想分享一啲真係做咗好多年地產先會見到既 case、陷阱，同埋點樣去判斷風險。

由開頭驚冇人嚟, 去到最後兩場都坐滿，有成 60 幾人！而更加開心既係，好多人之後同我講，原來好多我地分享既 insight 係以前真係冇人同佢哋講過。

聽到呢啲 feedback，其實我哋自己都幾感動。至少覺得，呢兩個月既努力冇白費。

As of March 27th, 2023, the government of Canada has announced amendments to the Foreign Homebuyers Ban. The ban has been previously criticized for delaying housing development, and not actually addressing the housing affordability issue.

Housing Minister Ahmed Hussein stated that these amendments will allow newcomers to build homes and help with the housing supply issue in Canadian cities. What are your thoughts on this new updates? Visit CMHC for full details on the new amendments!
