I wanna hear your good neighbour stories! What has your neighbour done that you really appreciate?

I Have to many to list but my fav was when we put a ladder over the fence so I didn’t have to walk around the block to hang out in their back yard! It was also entertaining to see me try to climb over at the end of a night 😂

Posting for a memory: last night was one of the most memorable. E and I were walking down the hill to the cottage in the darkness. Half way down she stops and says WOW. I said what, and realized She was looking up in the night sky amazed by all the ✨ stars!

Buyer Tip:
When looking at a property that has a well, you would want to make sure that there is potable (drinkable) water this would involve testing. There are many components that come with a well, you have a pump, and pressure tank to maintain. Some lenders may require more money down. Talk to your lender about Wells and septic and what they require.
