Breaking News: ⚡️ Amazon just announced that it will open a 600,000-square-foot robotics distribution center in Acheson, Parkland County in 2022. Construction has already started, and the company expects to hire more than 1000 full- and part-time staff to work at the facility. It will be the largest distribution center in Western Canada and the first robotics facility in Alberta.

This is excellent news for our investors in Acheson Commercial Corner development. The new Amazon facility is only a 2-minute drive from our site. The upcoming distribution center will bring significantly more traffic to the area, create more demand from potential future tenants, and increase the value of the land available.
