There's a specific personality type that call for housing crashes every year if they could. 📈🏡

It's usually the same person but different years and they have the same predictions! 📉⏳

They have access to graphs, FED data and podcasts but they are absolutely consistently and expensively wrong.

and somewhere right now a buyer who listened to them is still renting. They waited for the crash in 2021, prices rose. They waited in 2022, prices held. They waited in 2023, and 2024 and 2025 and they are still waiting.

Meanwhile their landlord raised the rent 3 times. The house they almost bought is worth $140,000 more and the "crash" guy has rebranded to a newsletter where he explains why this time is definitely different.

It's never different.

The people who build wealth in real estate are not the people who predicted the perfect moment. They're the people who stopped wiaitng for one and made the best out of whatever opportunities they were able to get into. 💸👇

I don't work like most other agents in this business. I don't dial for dollars. I don't blow up your phone until you block my number.

No shade to agents who do because business is business, but it's just not for me.
