‼️ January Market Update ‼️

January kicked off a bit slower than last year ❄️ — with both sales and prices slightly down year-over-year. We also saw lower listing inventory, meaning fewer homes hit the market this month 📉. Much of this slowdown can likely be attributed to the extreme winter weather we experienced 🌨️.

As conditions improve, I expect activity to gradually pick up — especially as buyers adjust to the reality that interest rates may not be dropping as aggressively as once expected 📊. This could motivate more serious buyers to re-enter the market sooner rather than later 👀.
