In today’s shifting market (especially around GTA areas like Mississauga, Oakville, etc.), buyers are value-driven and patient.

If:
• Showings are low → price is likely too high.
• Showings are high but no offers → price is slightly off.

💡 Strategy:
• Reposition instead of “dropping randomly.”
• Study last 30-day sold comparables.
• Price where buyers ARE buying — not where sellers hope.

2️⃣ Your First Impression Is Weak

Buyers scroll in seconds.

If photos look dark, cluttered, or outdated — they skip.
