Every element examined with the long view in mind — not simply whether the transaction could close, but whether the space could genuinely serve the people who would depend on it.

Our client had built a growing healthcare practice focused on highly specialized rehabilitation care — work that requires thoughtful environments where patients feel supported and practitioners can operate at their best.
