If you can afford to buy, then buy.
If you’re not in a financial position yet, don’t.
It’s honestly that simple.
Don’t over leverage yourself or take on debt just because you feel pressure from social media, family, or society. Buying a home is a long term move. It’s not something you rush into to prove a point.
If you’re not ready yet, keep saving.
Keep investing intelligently.
Build your position.
And before you assume you can’t afford it, talk to a mortgage professional. You might actually be surprised at what’s possible.
There are good properties and solid deals out there right now but they only make sense if you’re financially prepared.
