Our company was founded 20 years ago and over the past decade, we have grown to become Greater Toronto’s leading condominium property management company.

Today, we manage more than 280 condominiums, both residential and commercial, with over 40,000 total units, located in the Halton, Peel, York, Toronto, Durham, Simcoe, Muskoka, Orillia, Haliburton and Grey County regions of Ontario. Our residential condominiums are comprised of standard and conversion high-rise, and vacant land – usually single family homes sited around a golf course – as well as hotels, vacation properties, town homes, multi phased high-rise and common element condominiums.

As the industry leading property management company, we are always looking for ways to enhance the services we provide to our clients. Over the past decade, we expanded our scope of services to include physical, administrative, accounting and financial services specialized to the needs of condominiums. In addition, we created a new division dedicated to providing complete lifestyle and property services exclusively for condominium owners and developers.
