The GTA market saw total transactions rise year-over-year, while average selling prices moved lower compared to May 2025. New listings were also down, creating a market where supply, pricing, and buyer activity continue to shift.

⏳ Days on market: 42
🤝 Total transactions: 6,583
Across the 416 and 905, the story remains different by property type and region. Sales activity increased in several segments, while average prices continued to soften year-over-year in many areas.
