The M City masterplan continues pushing forward, even through the coldest months of the year. Here’s the latest on M3, M4, and M5.
M3
• The crown steel structure is expected to begin taking shape by the end of March and is scheduled for completion in May
• Suite framing is progressing on Level 77, the highest residential floor
• The common tower hoist has been removed, enabling hardscaping and softscaping works along the Burnhamthorpe elevation
• Pool deck tiling is progressing and nearing completion
• Gym equipment has been delivered to site
M4
• Formwork is progressing toward completion of the Level 25 slab
• Interior suite framing has commenced on the ground floor, Level 3, and Level 4
• Exterior amenity concrete work on Level 4 is nearing completion, with Level 3 to follow
• Exterior window wall installation is complete from the ground floor to Level 6 and from Level 9 to Level 13
• Exterior curtain wall installation on the ground floor is progressing and nearing completion
• Interior electrical and mechanical work within the podium floors is progressing well
M5
• The concrete slab has been poured at Level 15
• Precast installation is complete excluding areas obstructed by the hoist
• Window installation is ongoing on Levels 1, 2, and 3
• Ground floor canopies have been fully installed
• Masonry work is ongoing on Parking Level 1
• The ground floor transformer room is nearing completion
• Plumbing and sprinkler rough-in work is ongoing on Parking Level 1
Throughout the winter and in the quieter months of 2026, M City is firing on all cylinders.
