Toronto buyers! Quick parking heads-up

Did you know that not all parking pads are legal, especially front-yard ones. Many sit partly on city land, need a license, and that license doesn’t always transfer when you buy.

You could move in, park like normal… and still get ticketed. In some cases, the City can even make you remove the pad.

Parking here can be worth $75K–$100K, so before you assume you have it:
ø check city records
ø confirm it’s legal and licensed
Ø understand what’s required to keep it in good standing

Because overpaying for “parking” that isn’t legal hurts and affects the true value of the property!
