Throwback to our brokerages award breakfast when awarded the high achieving realtors in our office with their 2022 Royal Lepage awards.

This picture is really funny to me because I was in the washroom when they gave the instructions on how to recieve the award and of course a few moments after I got back they called my name... So basically, after a little banter and me basically fighting for the "congratulations award" (the one specifically for the photos). I realized he was being serious, we took a nice picture and I walked over to the right to get my actual award. LOL

Somehow I always find a way to embarrass myself 🤣

🏡 Pricing a home correctly is so important because it maximizes the exposure that a home gets on the market.

🏡 A home's fair market value is the price that a willing seller would sell it for and a willing buyer would buy it for, with neither party being under abnormal pressure...

✨ Did you know that if the asking price your home is a mere 10% over the market value, only 30% of the potential buyers who are looking for homes similar to yours will actually go to see it?

👀 More buyers viewing your property = more market exposure

💯 More market exposure = more potential offers

💰 More potential offers = a higher price at the end of the day
