😮 He was maybe 14 years old, when I helped his father with real estate.

Now, over a decade later , he has closed on an investment property, and we are leasing it out.

It’s wild to think how quickly time flies, when you are immersed in the business. I can’t believe I’m a veteran of the industry.

However, I’m happy to be the go to realtor for all ages. I’ve helped with

-downsizing parents, and estate sales
-the move-up generation
-the first time buyer children

I’m very excited to share this review. Here’s the story 📕:

I actually met the sellers nearly 2 years ago.

They were contemplating selling, but we’re having a hard time for number of reasons: it was the family home for generations, and the market was also a certain way. Essentially, they didn’t want to see the family home presented in a poor market. Imagine the generational home sitting…

I stayed in touch, walked them through the process, and stayed patient. By the time we listed, we were in multiple offers and sold to a buyer who appreciated the home and everything that it was.

Yes, it’s sold quick, but it literally was a couple years, or more, in planning.
