A Bit About Me as a person ...
- I am a lifelong resident of Mississauga and watched it grow from the bedroom communities of post war bungalows and farmland it once was, to the bejewelled and culturally rich cosmopolitan world class city it is now.
- I am a mom of 3 beautiful children.
- Homeowner of a house I should never have been shown in the first place by the sales representative I had put my trust in. This has become one of my main motivators for my success for various reasons. My experience with this property has given me extensive knowledge on many topics including but not exclusive to: real estate sales practices and ethics, real estate law, home ownership, the buying process, insurance claims, building practices, damages due to natural disasters, renovations, contractors, Residential Tenancies Act (formerly Landlord Tenant Act), and a variety of options in financing available in the market. It's been an interesting experience to learn from and be able to help people because of it.
- Sheridan College graduate of Business Administration - Finance, and Certificate in Esthetics, and a number of other certificates and diplomas in holistic therapies. And of course, OREA for Real Estate. What can I say? I love school and love learning.
- Musician/performer, of a sort. With stage experience from the Ontario Club to centre stage at Ontario Place Forum, from New York City, to the Tirolean Alps of Austria. Experience with performing on stage has given me the ability to communicate with confidence, in person and on Youtube.
- A computer geek, of a sort. My first computer I switched from 0 to 1 was a Commodore PET. I have owned computers since the Commodore 64. I have been fascinated by and active on the internet since 1994. And have built and managed several websites, and currently skillfully practice internet marketing as a means to helping my people sell their homes. I have a growing presence on facebook through my professional and personal pages. This helps gain market awareness and the promotion and sales of my current listings. I also include the use of Youtube videos in creating Open House and virtual tours and other projects I am active with.
- Comedienne, of a sort. Laughter really is the best medicine for any stress filled moment in life :D
- Published writer - ya,.. there's a few pieces of published paper dotted with words in ink out there that I am personally responsible for. Writing is my other passion, but with 3,000 books being published daily, I figured real estate was a wiser and more practical choice in being able to support my family, (and maybe one day build a swimming pool in my backyard). I am currently working on writing a book and managing a page about hoarding to help people successfully handle a property they may have inherited or managing.
- PhD Suma Cum Laude in the School of Life - Specialty in life's ups and downs and how to survive them and keep laughing through it all. And making others laugh with me.
- My parents were post-war immigrants and English was a second language to them. I understand hard work because of them. I appreciate the sacrifices and respect how hard people have to work to get and keep their homes. And I applaud their bravery, courage and determination.
- I was formerly a Canada Post Corporation Employee and a CUPW member for 18 years. I know what it's like to work shift work, I know what it's like to be a letter carrier, experienced in the work of a courier and I understand what it's like to work in a union environment. I am one of the few fortunate people who can claim they quit and walked away from a regular pay cheque, a secure job and this corporation without painful debilitating injuries. I did it because I knew I would be of better service to my family and the people around me by being what I have wanted for two decades and live my dream.

I spend my time looking for my peoples' next homes, instead of picking colours of paper and font sizes and approving the latest print promotion to grab in more buyers and/or sellers.
