🏡 MAY MARKET UPDATE | SOUTH MISSISSAUGA

The South Mississauga market continued to gain momentum in May, with average prices up 5.26% month-over-month and nearly 2% year-over-year 📈.

✨ Detached homes rebounded 5.77% from April, while semi-detached homes were the star of the month, jumping 16.84% month-over-month and 26.10% year-over-year.

🌳 Condo townhomes also saw strong growth, up 14.90% month-over-month and 8.25% year-over-year, while condo prices softened slightly as affordability remains top of mind for buyers.

🏠 With 100 sales and an average of just 32 days on market, buyers are active, sellers are adjusting, and the market feels more balanced than we’ve seen in recent years ⚖️.

The takeaway? Homes that are priced well are selling, and buyers are stepping off the sidelines when they see value.

APRIL MARKET UPDATE | SOUTH MISSISSAUGA 🏡✨

The South Mississauga real estate market continues to stay dynamic, with prices showing both resilience and adjustment — alongside a huge jump in the number of transactions 📈.

Are we finally finding a better balance between buyers and sellers? ⚖️

Here’s what we saw in April:

👉 Condo townhouses remained relatively stable overall, with only modest price declines, while days on market dropped significantly from 85 days last month to just 33 days this month ⏱️ — a sign buyers are moving faster when pricing aligns.
👉 Freehold townhomes continued to see price decreases 📉, suggesting buyers are becoming increasingly price-sensitive in this segment.
👉 Semi-detached homes showed strong price growth 📊, reinforcing continued demand for more affordable family housing options for families looking to stay in South Mississauga 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.
