Top stories- yup we know it. Plus remember the Ontario LTB rules that make any landlord skittish to take on any tenant who doesn’t have a job, no pets, no kids, plus 10 years worth of rent $$ in their current bank accounts. Oh and don’t forget you have to pay income tax on all that you earn landlords! What are we going to do about it

Seller beware. No one should feel that they don’t have a choice when selling. Funny- this story doesn’t explain the whole story of course. She had options… If you’re desperate and need to sell your house do it the right way and speak to a licences Realtor. It’s a free, no obligation phone call. Speaking for myself- I try and help the owner keep the house first. Only then will I guide them to selling. Share this with your friends. When someone is scared and doesn’t k or who to trust or where to turn help them fix the right people. Always speak to a lawyer too before you sign anything. 🏡

Being thankful for the thanksgiving turkey bones I get to roast and make delicious turkey stock from. Who else does this? Any tricks? I use a ton of garlic in mine. 🍗
