It's amazing to see just how much Toronto's skyline has changed since 1980. Our city currently ranks 9th in the world for number of skyscrapers (294). Hong Kong takes the #1 spot with 1391, followed by New York City with 773.

It is expected that another 31 skyscrapers will be added to Toronto's skyline by 2024, with at least an additional 50 in the planning stages. It's safe to say that Toronto is a city on the rise!

First Canadian Place (298m) still stands as the tallest building in Canada (excluding the CN Tower) followed by The St.Regis (277m). But this is all set to change as The One building, which is expected to be completed in 2023, will stand at 306m. It will feature five floors of retail, ten floors of hotel space and 416 residential suites!
