we haven't met, I'd like to give you a background about myself and the unique way I approach my business. Before I was involved with real estate I was an electronics engineer also at the same time employed by the Province. Doing both for a while is a lot of hard work but it causes you to work a lot smarter. I didn't mind it, I always strive for a challenge and I like to think big. I ended up moving on to make a choice between the Canadian Military and Real Estate, and for me that was tough. I either do something for my country, or I stay and continue to support my family. Well, I'm a simple man raised with old fashioned values so for me family comes first. And in order for me to provide security for my family it's Imperative that I Excel and Succeed at my Goals. So by creating a New Professional Standard way of doing business, Consultative based, we Raise the Bar. I utilize Knowledge, Drive and Integrity to conduct business; and treat others as I want to be treated. So it's important to be Honest and Upfront, and to never take advantage of others. So you see in order to get where I want to go, I must help my clients get where they want to go first. My Goal, is for my clients to be so extremely happy with the service that we provide, that they will gladly introduce us to their friends, family and neighbours.

The May 2026 luxury market just dropped — and the numbers are genuinely surprising. 👀

Less inventory. Fewer new listings. Economic uncertainty everywhere. And yet… luxury home sales are UP both month-over-month AND year-over-year.

How? Because the luxury market plays by completely different rules. Affluent buyers aren't driven by mortgage rates or headlines. They're motivated by wealth preservation, lifestyle, and long-term financial positioning.

📈 Luxury buyers aren't waiting on the sidelines.

Luxury home sales have been gaining momentum all spring, with demand increasing month after month. What's making this even more interesting? Inventory is actually shrinking.

🏡 Luxury detached home sales were up 10.3% in May compared to last year, while the number of available listings continued to decline.

The result: luxury properties are being purchased faster than new listings are hitting the market—a sign that confidence remains strong among affluent buyers despite economic uncertainty.

Mississauga
➡️ The single-family luxury market is a Buyer's Market with a 7% Sales Ratio.

➡️ Homes sold for a median of 93.53% of list price in May 2026. 

➡️ The most active price band is $2,000,000-$2,099,999, where the sales ratio is 50%. 

➡️ The median luxury sales price for single-family homes is $2,675,000. 

➡️ The median days on market for May 2026 was 56 days, up from 17 in May 2025  

Toronto
- The single-family luxury market is a Balanced Market with a 15% Sales Ratio. 

• Homes sold for a median of 96.37% of list price in May 2026. 

• The most active price band is $2,500,000-$2,699,999, where the sales ratio is 29%. 

• The median luxury sales price for single-family homes is $3,025,000. 

• The median days on market for May 2026 was 13 days, up from 9 in May 2025.  

Oakville
- The single-family luxury market is a Balanced Market with a 20% Sales Ratio.
• Homes sold for a median of 95.01% of list price in May 2026.
• The most active price band is $2,700,000-$2,899,999, where the sales ratio is 46%.
• The median luxury sales price for single-family homes is $2,390
