Five minutes is all it took to get back in the car.

We toured a home last weekend that was renovated to the nines.

Gorgeous finishes. Then the smoke hit before we even cleared the front door. Seller swore he only smoked in the garage, with the door into the house wide open the whole time.

The couple touring it were expecting their first kid. She wasn't about to stick around to find out if the smell would ever come out.
