Will 2027 be the year??? Personally from what I am seeing, I dont see things changing to much in general over the next 1-3 years in terms of things getting better!

If you bought prior to 2020 you are most likely in a great position to get into the forever home without having a massive mortgage to go into!

Keep in mind you want to start the forever homes mortgage when you can enter in a lower price point range vs waiting for more for your home to pay more for another!
