When you look at a roof, it's easy to focus on the shingles. But the real integrity of your roof system—and the life of your home—depends on what happens under those shingles, specifically attic ventilation and insulation.

Poor attic ventilation is a leading cause of costly problems:

Premature Shingle Failure: Without proper airflow, heat and moisture get trapped. This essentially "bakes" the shingles from below, drastically shortening their lifespan.
