This position performs pre-accounting functions to Management & Administrative personnel and other real estate related services to co-operative, non-profit and private housing developments in New Brunswick; also assists in the day-to-day operation and administration of APHL's office.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports directly to the Enterprise Administrative Supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the comprehensive & effective use of Yardi Property Management and MS Office software, in relation to accounting and administration.
2. Responsible for co-ordinating the monthly & annual administrative requirements of assigned Clients, working closely with Enterprise Managers and Accounts Payable positions.
3. Responsible to load share work flow peaks with peer positions and Property Managers.
