3 agent open house mistakes I’ve made in the past and will never make again… 👀

1. Showing up only five minutes before it starts
2. Forgetting feedback sheets and missing out on other agents’ professional opinions, suggested improvements, and perspectives on the home’s market position
3. Not ordering enough food… and not having it catered! 🥪🍪

Today, we did things differently at 99 Fairview Knoll, Moncton 📍

We welcomed multiple agents through the home, enjoyed fresh sandwiches and cookies from Brix Café, and had some great conversations about the market.

We gathered valuable feedback for our sellers, supported a local business, and Paul and I get to enjoy the leftovers all week.
