If you haven't started decorating for fall, this is your sign 🎃🍂
I walked into Razor's Edge Hair & Spa and walked into fall 🍁. They are always ready for the upcoming season. Such a pleasure to walk into that bright space. It always puts a smile on my face 😊

🚨IT'S THE WEEKEND.... TIME TO CLIMB ON THE ROOF.....
Before summer officially packs it's bags, check out my list of "End of Summer Home Maintenance" tasks.
Notice a theme? 🤔
Apparently, owning a home means occasionally looking up and thinking, "Yep... I'm going to need a ladder for that." 😅 Great gift idea if you know someone that is purchasing their first home.
If heights aren't your thing, don't turn your Saturday to-do list into an emergency room visit. Ask a friend or leave it to the professionals.
Save and share this checklist and work away at it!

📝Can you solve them all? They say a crossword puzzle helps improve your memory and keeps the boredome away. Have fun!

Can I tell you something I’ve learned as a Realtor?

Most people wait too long to ask questions.

Not because they’re not interested.

Because they think they need to be “ready.”

The truth?

You can ask questions long before you’re ready to buy or sell.

Sometimes the information itself is what helps you decide your next step.

What’s one real estate question you’ve always wondered about?

✅ Run done
Almost ready for the Legs for Literacy run on October 4th in Moncton. One of the things that attracted me to my house was the convenience of having the North West trail in my backyard. My very own running track 😉 Get out there and get moving!

🏠Fact or Fiction?
A basement room with a bed and a closet is a bedroom. I was showing a house just last week and got asked this question.
A conforming basement bedroom typically needs an egress window that:

✅Opens from the inside without tools or keys
✅Has a minimum unobstraucted opening area of .35 m²
✅Has no dimension less than 15" or 380mm
✅Window Wells: If the window opens into a well, there must be at least 760mm or 30" clearance in front of the opening, and the window must be able to open fully without obstruction.

Here's the catch:
👀We don't measure the glass. We measure the opening when the window is fully open. That's why some basement windows look huge but still don't qualify as a bedroom window.
These are just a few of the criteria to check, so if you're buying, selling or renovating, don't assume a room is a legal bedroom just because it has a closet and a bed.
Still have questions about a basement bedroom in a home you're selling or would like to go tour? Send me a message and I'll help you get answers.

Happy Grandparents' Day! These are not my grandparents. They are my parents, and they are amazing grandparents to 5 grand children and 5 great grand children, soon to be 6 great grand children. We are grateful for you both. 💗
Canada has officially recognized the day since 1995 following parliamentary proposals to honor the role of grandparents in families. 💗
