Fresh Water Issues (Private Well & Pumping System):
-Without municipal treatment, well water can suffer from high mineral content (hard water), iron bacteria, sulfur smell, or bacterial/chemical contamination, requiring independent filtration, softeners, or UV/chlorine treatment.
-If the electric well pump or its circuit breaker fails, water stops completely
