Sold! Vendu! Sold!

At the very last minute of 2025, I found my clients the PERFECT property that was not yet on the market.

Working with a broker who is well connected and “in the know” is SOOO valuable. I knew this house was getting ready to be listed, I had a strong feeling that it would be a great match for my clients, and I asked the listing broker (asked/begged/pleaded 😂) to let me in asap - and Bam!!!
