My client/buyer got into a car accident today, car is total, thankfully she’s fine. First thing she said to me: “No worries, I won't be purchasing (financing) a new car until after we get the house situated”.
Well I’m glad somebody listen lol 😝 She will be buying one cash (a temporary one). So if you know someone who’s selling a reliable car 🚗 for let’s say $5,000 budget, please let me know! The car has to be in good shape/reliable so she can get to work and safe for her and her young daughter. 🙏
