According to the global SIOR August Snapshot Sentiment Survey results, on-schedule transactions continued their steady increases, moving from 39.2% to 45.2% with corresponding declines in client holds and cancelled projects. The industrial sector jumped 42.3% to 49.7% on time, while the office sector showed a solid increase in the last month with on-schedule transactions gaining 32.5% to 36%.

This global SIOR Snapshot Sentiment Survey was issued July 15-17 and asked members to assess the impact of COVID-19 on their current transactions and to provide their level of confidence in their local market six months from now.
The July 2020 results of the SIOR Sentiment Survey are now available online, including comparative data with the feedback received in the past 3 months. How do brokers view their local markets? SIORs reported a dip in overall market confidence, but an increase in on-schedule transactions.
