One client said I sold my house to come and live in this building I can't believe I can on have a washer and dryer in the building.
I told them that it was possible to do the engineering is very easy but I guess until at least 50% of the people in the building signs a petition it will never happen.

I wish you would let me install the washer and dryer in every unit at least four clients told me they would love to have it every time I try to talk to the administration they laugh at me but with the Covid19 an the narrow passage to go wash the laundry its becoming ridiculous not to let people have their washing and drying in the property. if more than 4 people wants to get it done let's say 25% of the people in the building would agree to get it done maybe they would change their mind

If you need a designer that will design your property so you can sell it for the maximum value and don't sell for short let me know I won't put the picture of my face on the sign I will put the picture of the kitchen and the bathroom and the design and I will help you sell your property for more money then what you have expected let me do the kitchen and the bathroom and you will see how much money you will get for your property don't have to do open doors invite people to buy you out at a cheap price I won't ask you to reduce the price of your home I will tell you what you have to fix on it so you can get the maximum value call me anytime.
But if we make a deal you have to respect the deal when you sell your house don't forget to pay me for my design for the plus value for the added value for the intellectual rights cuz so many people don't pay me my commission after for my design for raising the price for using my material.
