This summer has been a crazy time in the real estate market.

I have finally joined the list of Buyers this summer as I am buying my first property!
While the process is lengthy and difficult at times, here are some lessons I personally have learned and had to keep in mind through this journey that I hope will help you:

Buying property is time-consuming and can feel like a constant uphill battle as there are many moving pieces, but the key thing to keep in mind is that this is a long-term investment which will payoff in the end.

No major reward comes easy.

After you have secured a bank pre-approval, hired an agent, and had your offer accepted by the Seller, you will need a property evaluation in order to get final financing from the bank.โฃ
