For thirty years, Mirabel was Québec's punchline: the airport of the future that never took off.

Today it's one of the fastest-growing cities in Greater Montréal. The A220 is assembled here, there are more than 25,000 jobs on the territory, and in Q2 2026 single-family sales jumped 21% in Mirabel while they dropped 5% across the North Shore (QPAREB).

I live here, so I drove the whole territory for you: the old villages and the 1837 stone houses, the airport that redrew the map, the aerospace cluster, Saint-Canut, Mirabel-en-Haut, Saint-Augustin and Saint-Janvier, the sugar shacks, the P'tit Train du Nord, and the honest part: septic systems, wells and school capacity.

Pendant trente ans, Mirabel a été la blague du Québec : l'aéroport du futur qui n'a jamais décollé.

Félicitations à mes clients pour la vente de leur triplex!

Certaines transactions sont un peu plus difficiles que d'autres. Celle-ci en faisait partie.

Mes clients ont eu des dizaines de visites et énormément d'intérêt, mais en raison de premiers acheteurs mal représentés, la première promesse d'achat que mes clients avaient acceptée a été annulée sans raison légitime.

Et c'est une mauvaise position pour n'importe quelle propriété. Une promesse d'achat annulée, peu importe les raisons, crée immédiatement un red flag pour les acheteurs subséquents, même si la propriété est en excellent état.

Mais mes clients ont fait la bonne chose : ils ont ajusté l'offre au marché, et ils ont été patients. Et ça a porté fruit.

Vraiment heureux pour vous M&G pour cette vente. Ce n'était pas facile, mais on a réussi.

The way a showing is handled can directly impact buyer interest, offers, and ultimately the sale of your property 👇

Here are 7 things to do (and not do) when conducting visits

1️⃣ Get the home visit-ready
Open the blinds, turn on the lights, adjust the temperature, and do a final quick cleanup.

2️⃣ Secure valuables and private information
Put away jewelry, cash, medications, spare keys, personal documents, and sensitive information.

3️⃣ Take care of your pets
Whenever possible, remove pets from the property during visits.

4️⃣ Be flexible with showing times
