I’ve never loved the idea of “selling” people on real estate.

It’s a big enough decision without someone trying to convince you of anything.

My job is to tell you what I see, what I’d be concerned about, what I think makes sense, and yes, when to walk away.

The rest tends to take care of itself. The decision belongs to the buyer or seller, not their realtor.

Reviews like this mean a lot to me. They’re a reminder of how much trust people place in me, and how important my role really is when representing them.
