I am so glad I get to to assists my clients through this process!! Buying a home is super exciting, but it can also be overwhelming and an emotional roller coaster ride.
It is not always easy to know what you want when it is your first time buying a home, that is why working closely along side my clients to figure out what their best options are is so important to me. After my clients got a few refused offers, which is just par for the course when most available homes are flying off the market. My clients and I were able to narrow it down to two locations with the option of either a “move-in-ready” home or a “fixer-up” / “Diamond in a rough”. When we finally fell on this cutie, my clients knew this would be THEIR HOME. Buying your first home can be a stressful experience, it helps to have someone who knows the business inside and out, and who has your best interest at heart. In the end, my wonderful clients decided to go with the option of a fixer-up which they get to completely curate into their dream home. Every home buyers experience is different, some are very quick and others take much more time, but no matter the time it takes , I savour every moment and every lesson. I love what I do and I keep gaining amazing friendships along the way.

An added perk is that the story doesn’t end at SOLD... I keep receiving wonderful updates about the work being done in the house, and I am soooooo excited to see the final masterpiece my buyers get to call H O M E 🏡❤
