My Story
I have been assisting sellers and buyers since 2002 when I started my real estate career with RE/MAX. Subsequently I moved on to Royal LePage. During those years I was a five time award recipient with RE/MAX Royal Jordan and a President’s Gold, Master Sales and Sales Achievement recipient with Royal LePage in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010,2011,2012, 2013 and 2014. In the fall of 2014 I joined the Agate Realty Group also taking on the position of office manager. In October of 2017 the company transitioned to become BLVD Immobilier, an innovative real estate agency that I am proud to be a member of.
The world of residential real estate has many different players including appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, bankers, mortgage loan officers and government agencies as well as prospective buyers and sellers. But the workhorses of the typical real estate transaction are the people that coordinate the process—the real estate brokers. Thats what I’ve been doing for 17 years.
I like to think of myself as being similar in nature to a conductor of a symphony orchestra, coordinating the different players to make a successful transaction a reality. At different points in the process with so many clients over the years I’ve been a salesperson, a buyer’s advocate, an analyst, a consultant, a negotiator and a marketer just to name a few.
