If you are thinking about replacing the old windows in your house next year here are some tips.
1. Order early. If you want the windows in first thing next year, allow 2 months for the windows to come in.
2. Even if you are installing them yourself it’s always a good idea to have them measured by a professional.
3. If you are set on measuring your own windows then remember, width x height. Always! Don’t make this mistake and you wont install windows sideways!

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Inspect homes and identify structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
🔹 Write up clear reports for clients using our preferred software
🔹 Communicate findings in a professional, friendly way

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Background in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or general contracting
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
✅ Home inspection license (or ability to get one)

Finally was able to snag a table at the hopping Rosie's On River Street! Have you ever looked in that weird access panel over your furnace? NOW is the time. With the AC season coming up it is important to know what you’re dealing with! You should check your ‘A’ coil, check your cooling fins on your outside unit and as always CHANGE YOUR FILTER REGULARLY. If you don’t know by now, the arrow points towards the furnace.
AC units that are not well serviced and clean can and will eventually damage your furnace’s heat exchanger ( just the most important and expensive part of your furnace).
