Have you thought of living in a housing co-op?

Rosewood Housing Co-operative in Moose Jaw is a 51-unit housing complex located in the historic downtown, close to all the necessary amenities - offering 1 & 2 Bedroom Units with balconies. Our building is perfect for fully independent senior adults. And is a Non-smoking and Pet Free complex built in 1989.

To apply to live here you must be over 50 years old and agree to participate in the management of our co-op. There is lots to get involved with and you get to choose how you participate.

As a co-op member you are guaranteed an attractive, affordable home in a member-managed facility with a built-in social life. Our members share their life skills be it with landscape care, minor maintenance, financial projections and management, membership, security or best of all social event planning and partaking.

But First, you need to apply and come meet us, so you can view one of our recently upgraded units and then you will be added to a wait list.

Our housing charges are $825/month for a two bedroom unit and $745 for a one bedroom (rate posted is current).
